Students who purchase any Active Series course may request a total refund 7 days after the course is purchased. To request a refund, contact support@activeseries.academy

Students who FAIL their final exam are NOT eligible for a refund.

The fee includes access to detailed outlines of every course, educational resources, over 100 exercises videos, written exam, video evaluation, exam feedback and being part of the Active community. If you successfully complete your course, you will obtain a license and the right to use our brand for a certain period of time.

To achieve any certification, you must complete the following steps:

• Complete successfully all modules
• Complete written exam achieving a minimum grade of 80%
• Complete successful practical evaluation. Record your video and submit it to Active Series
• Receive feedback from your instructor
• Get your certification and be part of our community

Vouchers must be redeemed prior to expiration, within the specified period of time from the date of purchase.

Students have 90 days from the date of registration to complete all online courses. Students may request a 1-month extension provided the request is made BEFORE the training course expires

As for what to expect once certified, it’s not guaranteed that you’ll gain employment. However, your opportunities in the market will be more attractive for self-employment and for potential employers.
